Curtain Wall Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

1. Conduct pre-assessment process briefing (explanation) for projects in the respective area.

2. Responsible for collecting perceptual data (measured and actual quantities) for projects in the assigned area;

3. Conduct assessments (inspections) on the progress, quality, and safety of ongoing construction projects.

4. Refer to the internal evaluation system, reasonably score the project, and conduct comprehensive statistics;

5. Summarize the evaluation work of this project and put forward improvement opinions and suggestions based on the problems.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in civil engineering or related fields;

2. More than three years of on-site management experience in curtain wall construction;

3. Possess strong communication and expression skills, and be able to identify problems during the construction process;

4. Be familiar with the construction standards and acceptance specifications of at least two types of curtain walls;

5. Proficient in operating OFFICE office systems, CAD drawing software, Project project management software, and other office software;

6. Able to adapt to nationwide project assignments or business trips, hardworking, and possessing good team spirit.
